Hi, I’m Jordan
My love of gardening really began with the purchase of a little old house and big yard lovingly planted by a former tenant, who then moved next door
…with a big window overlooking her former garden.
No pressure right?
This started my passion to learn everything I could about my plants, what they liked and how to help them grow. I think one thing common among all gardeners is a desire to try new things and push plant boundaries, for me this was ornamental grasses and sustainable gardening.
A move from the rich clay of central Alberta to the rocky, deer-covered Bow Valley in 2015 has given me broad experience with lots of different situations and challenges. Every plant that a Banff deer won’t eat is worth it’s weight in gold! After 9 years I’ve now made my home in beautiful Cochrane, Alberta.
October 2023 I completed my Garden Design Diploma from APLD. Association of Professional Landscape Designers
I would love to share my knowledge and experience with you, so that we can create something amazing together.
